Lyssa Johnson

Training Development Manager

I am currently developing computer based training for an Aviation Security Company, utilizing my diverse background (including customer service, the charitable sector, and cabin crew) and education (MSc in Forensic Psychology and Crime, with a special interest in Counter-Terror) to bring different view points to the industry and training I develop.

Having worked in a variety of sectors has enabled me to see where gender balance and diversity are being treated well, and where they can be improved. I am currently studying for my Level 3 AET to enable me to become an instructor and aviation security trainer.

In addition to my main role in developing online training, I have responsibilities within the business in website development, training organization, system administration, client support, and networking at events and conferences.
